It takes a red-top tabloid to do justice to a story like French film legend Gerard Depardieu being thrown off a jet for urinating in the aisle in front of disgusted passengers.
Under the headline 'GERARD DESPERATEDIEU' the Sun tells readers: "The boozy Cyrano de Bergerac star, 62, defiantly unzipped his flies and soaked the carpet after a stewardess barred him from using the loo as the plane taxied to take off."
It tells how a horrified woman told yesterday how she heard the French movie icon repeatedly yelling after the seatbelt lights came on: "Je veux pisser!" - which the Sun translates as "I need to p***!"
