Disciplinary hearings query for Johnston Press


This may be wishful thinking, but there is talk within NUJ circles that journalists who have had disciplinary hearings handled centrally by the Johnston Press Human Resources department may now have grounds for a re-hearing.
After all if Johnston Press doesn't directly employ journalists, as the company has argued in its legal wrangle over the NUJ strike ballot, how can it discipline them?
